beginner lesson PROGRAM

Along with riding, lessons will focus on all aspects of horsemanship and horse care with emphasis on safety & fun!

Debbie is a very seasoned coach and has taught many kids with 17 years of experience as a Light Horse 4-H Leader. Her equine partners Jake, Bean  and their friends are excited to meet you!

  • mondays 3PM - 9PM
    TUESDAYS 4PM - 9PM

    • 50 min. group lessons (max. 3-4 students)

    • 45 min. private lessons

    • minimum age of students: 6 yrs

    • Limited number of lesson horses are available - all necessary tack will be supplied

    • All students will be required to provide & wear an approved helmet and appropriate boots with a 1" heel

    • All students need to fill out a LIABILITY WAIVER prior to their first lesson, and agreed to abide by the BARN RULES and ARENA ETIQUETTE

    • Discounted 5-lesson packages can be pre-purchased and guarantee your spot

    • Lesson spots are limited and if not held with a pre-purchased package are first come first serve

    • CANCELLATION POLICY: If lessons are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, there will be no refunds or rescheduling.

beginner ROPING lesson PROGRAM

  • MONDAYS 6:30-8PM (starting Nov 17, 2025) 

    6:30-7PM      Rope dummy on the ground
    7-8PM             Rope the heelomatic off horseback

    • Adults and Kids are welcome,
      minimum age of students: 6 yrs

    • No experience necessary

    • Lessons will be  on the dummy / heelomatic.

    • Breakaway, Heading or Heeling - no matter what your goal is, we can help you out!

    • All students need to bring their own rope

    • Horses are NOT provided. There may be limited availability to rent a horse. (FCFS, pre-booking is required).

    • All minors will be required to provide & wear an approved helmet when riding / handling horses.

    • All students need to fill out a LIABILITY WAIVER prior to their first lesson, and agreed to abide by the BARN RULES and ARENA ETIQUETTE


    • RATES:
      $60/lesson (drop in) or $250 for prepaid 5-lesson punch card

    • DISCOUNTS for participants with riding membership
      ($40 for drop in and $175 for 5-lesson punch card)

    • $40 drop in rate to rope @7 WITHOUT INSTRUCTION
